We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer; if so, we'll let you know.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

4. Estimated delivery times

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 3–10 business days
  • Total delivery time: 4–12 business days
  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (ET), Monday to Friday

These times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check it at any time on Track My Order.

6. Delivery restrictions

We don't deliver to PO boxes or restricted delivery areas.

7. Failed delivery or returned parcels

If delivery can't be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or the parcel isn't collected in time, it may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may involve additional costs.

8. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us right away at info@stellasavannah.com. We'll contact the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. Duties and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Orders are delivered with duties paid: there are no customs duties or import fees to pay on delivery. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
